The roads melt a bit due to traffic then freeze back up again overnight to solid ice basically. Can get a little bit of traction on sleet. Can't get much on pure ice.

I'm unsure whether or not I'm going in. I just e-mailed my boss to see if there's anything I can work on from home tomorrow. If so, I'll stay home more than likely. If not, I'll leave for work an hour before my scheduled time and expect to get there about two hours after my scheduled time.
