Sorry but I laughed at "fire extinguisher empty from the last soldering incident".

It showed to have pressure when I put it up last time dammit. I was doing some outside faucet work and caught the damn insulation on the inside of the wall on fire momentarily. I have another one but not as easily accessible from the back yard. At least I was wearing my flame retardant boxers.
