If you're going to reddit for the people, you're going to have a bad time.

With the massive amount of news linked to it from around the globe, extremely specific sub sections to just random ones. . . whats the reason for avoiding it?
what does being the Reddit spokesman pay these days?

I've never seen the site before, just like I've never seen twitter before. I don't avoid either one, I just have no reason to look at either, ever.

What I like about this board is that it's mostly local, I'm friends with several members, and I've been here a long time, so it's comfortable and homey. I assume that the size and variety over on Reddit would just be more than I need, and perhaps a little overwhelming. As mentioned, between this place and FB, and a couple of other specialized boards, my free time stays plenty occupied.
                100% agree.

Seriously, if you have that many 'subs' on reddit, you might need to reevaluate how much of your life you're wasting online.

The couple times I've gone to Reddit to see what it was all about it just seems like a giant jumble of crap. I'm sure once you figure it out its all right. I feel the same way about twitter, I can't stand having to read stuff with all the # this and @ that.

I guess I just kind of dont get it. I know people get a lot of pictures off of it and what not but dont understand how it all works and what you can get out of it. Maybe I'll have to give it a shot.
