The age of consent is already pretty low in some states. iirc AL, or AR its 15.

Second, consistently calling people on logical fallacies, that don't change, is absolutely predictable but funny you see it as discrediting myself. Perhaps inconsistency and unpredictability is your concept of credible? That would make sense given your distaste for scientific theory.

Nevertheless, I was specifically referencing a claim svo had made in the past which I countered. He then made no attempt to refute and simply changed to another topic. At the time, he claimed he was trolling. He has again offered this claim in this thread, but when countered he has made clear again he does not wish to support his claim or debate the idea.

As for the rest of the post, it's bordering on ramblings. Comparing the meat industry to pedophilia in terms of animal consent? Drawing an indirect line between Rome and the US using government types and pedophilia problems? Good grief.

Trust me, I fully understand not everyone takes prevalent theories seriously. I'm reminded every time I talk to a creationist, or antivaxxer/faith healer, or, well, you. I would explain to you the logical fallacy you're making here, but apparently you have a distaste for logical thought processes as they are "predictable and discrediting" (somehow that makes sense to you). Well just conclude in hoping that you learn something past your high school memorization of the scientific method.

I change my mind regularly, but typically it takes more than a person who doesn't understand scientific theory and criticizes logic. It also helps if they have beyond a high school understanding of the topics (which I should note doesn't require higher education).
