Should tell you what email address its linked to. But I doubt the previous owner of an Icloud locked iPhone will give you the password.Comment

It does not give you the full email address.
If you do not have a way to get a hold of the previous owner for them to remove the device from their iCloud then you are fucked, nothing you can do.....Comment
