still not sure about total % that can be taken. Seems like 25% of income. Already garnished for more than that . Divorce really screwed me over.
There are a couple of guys at my work that I know of that are getting garnished for student loans and it hurts them bad. Even when they get OT the same percentages apply as to what gets taken.

I would post up. My thoughts were you could rehab them so you aren't getting garnished at all.
Did you take a paycut? I thought it was capped at 25% of gross for 2 kids.

I want to like Slow99 since people I know say he's a good guy, but just about everything he posts is condescending and passive aggressive.
Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?
You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.
Should be 16% for two. Unless he let himself get screwed. That's what I'm paying anyway but I had lawyers from father's for equal rights working on my side.
Non tapatalk Sig so the butt hurt va-JJs can stop crying about not being able to turn it off.
You all need to keep in mind, the numbers you're throwing out are max TX numbers. If outside of TX, support can be higher.
Max is 25% for two, PLUS healthcare. Mothers are VERY unwilling to give up a payday. That's not even an option for most people.
How does that work? They each get 12.5% or the first kid gets 20% and the second kid gets 5%? (assuming two different moms)
And it doesn't count if you have custody of one the kids right? Because you aren't supporting them or anything with they live with you. (sarcasm)
