Glad to see you aren't being overly presumptuous and judgmental about their situation, Craig!

Hell, maybe even a 9-5 nanny a couple days a week. But a live-in? Lazy chick deserves it..

I also do not understand why they are feeding her. Put a padlock on the fridge and tell her to fuck off.
      Dude, California.

I would for sure make her life a living hell though.

Get rid of the kids and let the war begin, see how well she likes living with no food, water or electricity. I bet I last longer then she does.

I wouldn't say overly. Presumptuous and judgmental, sure.

Basically she was a tenant right? Dont they have to go thru the eviction process? Like if rent out a room in my house and the guy pays for 1 month and then stops I still have to go thru the 45 day process or whatever.

That's what it looks like. But that's also why I don't understand the food thing. You don't have to feed tenants. lol

She sure as fuck wouldn't be getting so much as a goddamn slice of bread out of my kitchen while this is going down.

Id send the kids to grandma's and have "no clothes day" at the house, call her to lunch and dinner and just sit there, staring at her, fat and hairy. Then clean the air ducts, and start with her room. Might take a while, having to climb up and down the ladder to get tools, since I am naked and all.

Im pretty sure she wouldnt make it to dinner.

She can't stay in her room 24/7. Once she's outta the room put a lock on that bitch. Then when she leaves the house. Change locks. Problem solved.

But it is hippie cali... serving her with a letter? Fuck that. Her shit would a been on the lawn with a quickness.

That wold be considered an illegal eviction in most, if not all states (including Texas). You cannot just lock someone out. You have to follow the eviction process. The only big difference I see with this being California is the potential for unlawful termination. But even that could be a PITA in Texas considering she is in 2 protected classes (woman and old).

I don't see why they can't just change the locks and say "Oh well, it's a civil matter." Can the cops actually force you to let her in? If so, how is it just a civil matter? Sue me bitch, but you're not staying in my fucking house.

I'm sure that would work, but then they would be opening themselves up for lawsuit. That said, that is probably what I would do. I'd rather payout on a lawsuit than have a freeloading bitch in my house. I already had one of those.. That's why I divorced her.
