I have done both. Never was a fan of em but they served my team well. It wasn't used a lot but when it was, it worked like a charm. And no, we never killed any dogs.
Look all you want, she can't find anyone else who treats her as bad as I do, and I keep her self esteem so low, she wouldn't think twice about going anywhere else.
