This house was built in 1997, and it's got good bones, but the previous owners left a lot of little shit that is breaking left and right, so it's helped with that, but if all you have is a big thing every once in a while, it's better just to save the money you would have been paying the home warranty company and hire a reputable, reasonably-priced handyman to handle the small stuff that pops up.Last edited by Ratt; 06-25-2014, 10:40 PM.

I don't know how you guys get American Home Shield to cover anything. I do pools and they will not authorize ANY repair that cost over $186 even if it is covered; that is why I stopped doing work for them. Ya'll will notice that anytime the contractors replace a pool pump for AHS that the tag is taken off of the motor. That is because AHS refused to cover the repair and the service tech took off the tag so they can claim the new motor as defective under the warranty from the manufacture. I was not willing to steal to keep American Home Shield happy.Magnus, I am your father. You need to ask your mother about a man named Calvin Klein.

This is all I was able to find:
Fry's Electronics offers the Daewoo 5,000 BTU Window Air Conditioner, model no. DWC-0520C, for $129.99. This $20 mail-in rebate drops it to $109.99. With free shipping, that's $20 off and the lowest total price we could find. This air conditioner features a 2-way air direction control, CFC-free refrigerant, and three fan speeds. Deal ends July 3.
