Thread started out being comical then took a turn from Mike being stuck to taking jabbs at his job, then his house.
Seriously pathetic on how some put themselves on pedistals thinking their some how more important or valuable due to their job. A real problem to have a "hey look at me" complex ALL the time.

Mike's 20 and works at a parts store and going to school I think. So he's young, has a job, going to school and people probably 10yrs+ older than him are doing a comparison. LOL

I was not trying to blow up his spot but in Canada he posted pics of the fire in progress and I was familiar with some of the FD's that went to the call. I PM'd 91coupeMike(FoxbodyMike in canada) and confirmed what Departments were there. I spoke with a buddy who is a volunteer at Tioga Fire Department and was told that the night in question there was only a non-residence/unoccupied structure fire. I have friends in Tioga and Pilot Point FD's and they said the same thing. Unless I had the date wrong, they lost a structure used for storage not all their wordly possesions.

We had a gas leak, and my dad was out of town and couldnt fix it. So we were not Curretly living in there, due to no not water or heat. We were in out travel trailer with the small amount of clothes and possessions obtained within a few Months time.

The fire started in the house I have lived in for 15 years. It wasnt a storage building it was our home with all of things and belongings. It also got another building next to our house that was used for storage and my dads shop, containing all of his tools, welders, and plasma cutters. We lost everything. The Tioga fire chief didn't know what he was reporting, as the local news paper changed their story.

I lost everything I ever had, besides a fee pair of jeans and shirts. Yeah man, I didnt loose anything.

It was a mess, curtian circumstances lead to this. But it was still our home.

Had a small leak, and they wouldn't fill the propane with out the leak being fixed. Dad was down with heart problems and wasnt able to fix it right away. It wasn't a storage shed, WTF? It had water that's where we did laundry and used the restroom.

That motherfucker posting that bullshit pisses me off to no other. I don't even know that stupid peice of shit. I'm very upset with this. It's no big though.

If you would all like to know, my family is filing a complaint on the Tioga fire chief for several reasons. Reporting the wring fire, and not calling the appropriate help. I live in Pilot Point, but 911 dispatched Tioga. Tioga is 2 miles away but is a voulenteer dept. They show up 15-20 mins after the first 911 call, the house (trailer) was pretty much gone by the time Tioga responded. North Shore was first on scene, and were calling other departments in for help. They (tioga) never called Pilot Point or Aubrey wich are manned stations with more/bigger equipment. Tioga Cheif has been fighting to keep his terrortory between North Shore and PP, so it was a pissing contest for the chief and he didn't want PP to come, because he thought he could hanlde it. It was a 3 structure fire. A house, a storage building and a shop. Which all burned, and the wind was blowing the opposite direction. When Back up was called they called towns further north, such and whitesburrow and collinsville. Why, not call the manned stations? Why did the first 911 call not dispatch pilot point after my mother calmly and repeatedly told the 912 dispatcher to send Pilot Point.

I thank every firefighter who came and and fought fire, but I am not thankful for the decisions made by a untrained un prepared Tioga fire chief. The chief of PP was also upset with not being called in aswell. They were dispatched hours later for a rekindle. WTF?

But I'm done explaining myself, that's what happen that night.
