Speed sensor may have taken a shit. Did it de-rate when that happened? Does it have a 60 series in it?

I can pass the information along to my shop foreman to get his opinion. Whatever the case, when you find out what's wrong, shoot me the last 6 of your vin and I can get the parts you need.

<---- works at a freightliner satellite parts/service center.

The a/c went out to all of the gauges dropped immediately I have a king pin out and It shakes the truck at 45 so that might have knocked something out. I was passing up another truck and gunned it to get around it and they all came out the cruise control didn't work when I got on the highway so that may be part of the whole deal to I bought a 1000 amp antenna that day but I don't think that has anything to do with it

So what happened first? You need to give me a rundown of a timeline of what happened so I can get an idea of what happened. Does everything else work? It's entirely possible that with the king pins being out that it shook one of the connectors loose. What's the last 6 of the vin and I can look it up and tell you where the plug is.

You use a mechanic that doesn't know much about electronics...on a fairly modern truck?

X2. You can't be too tight with your repair budget on a work truck.

Not only that, but kingpins is important shit. You're looking at 6-700 in parts plus labor. Run with bad ones too long and you destroy a set of $500 each steer tires.

The last 6 of the vin are v23963
1st the cruise control stopped working
2nd I'm driving gunned it around another truck than the speedometer tachometer and oil pressure gauges went out they dropped immediately
                        Than the a/c went out
3rd I pulled over and restarted it and the gauges like in any other car go up and right back down than they sit there

Loose bulkhead connector? If the engine kept running fine but you lost your dash it sounds like your cab/dash could have an intermittent connection issue in the harness.

Check the grounds and connections on the PDM. The PDM is under the dash on the passenger side, there's a ground behind the kick panel on the drivers side footwell. Check the clutch switch, that could make the cruise stop working. If the jake isn't working then I'd start with the clutch switch. The AC isn't working because your gauges aren't working.

Apparently the Columbia's are an electrical nightmare.

I'll send you a PM on the kingpin stuff.
