    I was waiting for the day these fuckers sent me this!

    Short version of the story...

    Went to Sleep Number and bought a bed with the adjustable base. They ask if we have a sleigh bed, I said no, a tall 4 post bed. Sales guy, great, the adjustable base will work perfectly! Fills out the order and gets wide eyed at his commision.

    Fast forward 5 days or so...

    They call to schedule delivery. Turns out the maximum height the base can be is 11 inches. Bed no workie...

    Get Xfered to cancel the order...

    Girl says, Oh, you can get extensions for the base, let me Xfer you...

    Next person says the extensions still only go to 11 inches... Will not work...

    Xfered to cancel AGAIN...

    Decide to switch the base to the non adjustable base as that will work with my current bed frame (found out after getting put on hold alot, but I had to ask 3 times to make sure it will work).


    Get a call Saturday to schedule delivery.
    She calls back 10 minutes later to cancel, she did not read the order correctly and the bed is not ready for delivery, she will call back in 5 to 7 business days...


    Boy did I lay into the "Please explain your dissatisfaction in the box below" portion of their survey. Fucken asswads at Select Comfort, this fricken bed better be as comfy as I think it should be!

          You should try to cancel Sirius or truecredit.com's service first, then you'd have something to complain about.

            I heard Sirius sucks when trying to deal with that. Just change the credit card account number they auto bill too, they'll cut your service with a quickness!

              Sirius can suck my dick... My car came with 6 months free, which is about up. I get a call at work, with them trying to sell me service, and I politely decline. The next day, I get another call, and I'm a little irritated, and tell them again that I do not want to sign up for service. I ask our receptionist if the call is going through her since she usually gets rid of sales calls, and it turns out they have my direct dial number some how?

              I get another call today, and I think I scared the poor sales girl, but I was pissed that they haven't taken me off after two tries... I don't think they will be calling back this time lol.
