What I was doing a horrible of communicating was, it was one of the top headline stories when on yahoo.com, but now its buried.

Often times when a crime goes awry and someone ends up dead or injured one or all of the perpetrators are charged with that crime due to the fact that that person would not have been injured/killed had said perpetrator not committed the crime.

Some states will do this until the investigation is complete.

If you are committing a crime, and while committing that crime, someone gets killed, anyone participating in the crime will be held accountable for the death. This is very normal.

So if me and a buddy go into a gas station and pull a gun to try and rob it, the clerk pulls a gun and shoots my buddy, I will get charged with the death of my buddy. Even if only my buddy pulled the gun and even though I did not shoot my buddy.

Because it doesn't fit the agenda that guns are evil and kill. Now, if the parents missed and shot their daughter, it would be all over CNN, ABC, MSNBC. Now that's a story.
