Stephen has probably fixed more peoples car AC's on the board then he can even remember. From what I understand he was very generous with his time and was excellent at what he did. Sometimes I don't understand why people have to go to extremes to get at people at any expense. I don't mind beating our own, but the other guy doesn't need to get in on it.

Sending him another text would be no more childish than what Stephen did in the first place. All over an annoyance. I get it, people annoy the fuck out of me. All day, every day. But I'm not sure what he expected to happen when he posted this thread. He's not exactly new here. For the record, I don't have a problem with him. But the way this unfolded was fucking hilarious.

I kind of had a feeling. For sure since the guy didn't melt down today.

I won't lie. I laughed pretty hard when I saw the text. I just thought meh he's been one of the good guys over the years so why go overboard. I also considered that you kind of got to expect it from this board sometimes if you put it out there.

Im in a class with 10 other witnesses that HR can interview and out director of training has already stated not to start a fight in the sand box with the guy because he crys to hr all of the time. If he is being disruptive to the class, let him go cry to HR. You don't have to curse him out or anything, just lay it all out and tell him to quit monopolizing the class time. The instructor needs to learn the phrases "Lets move on." and "Let's keep this on track."
