Yeah, you need the sub to see who's watching what. As far as bandwidth goes, I just use a widget from addgadgets.com to monitor that.

I wanna say that w/4ppl on last night, it was something like 9Mb/s up.

I'd like to try this out... I've had mixed success with Plex, but it's been a long time! Mind if I give it a shot? I wasn't part of the original group that had access.

Hey guys, if you'll set plex to use highest bandwidth on your end, it'll look best and I'll have to transcode less.

FYI, if yall ever get kicked, it's likely from a necessary reboot. Win networking sucks and my shares will become inaccessible for no reason after the pc has been on for for days/weeks at a time. I've yet to figure out why. 😕

EDIT: Ok, I changed it to 20mbps 1080p on all 3 settings. Hope that helps. I probably did it all wrong. :-(

Yes you can. I have an old Roku 2 and works just fine. It's only 720p though. I think the Roku 3s are 1080.

Yes, press the red B on your remote, then select
your server, then select the shared videos folder.
