So, my buddy/coworker moved to West Pearland back around the first of the year. I went down to visit, and we decided to go out to dinner. We got to the place around 8. Sign #1 that this was a bad idea, was the three off duty officers working security at a fucking chain restaurant. There was a 75-90 minute wait (it was the first of the month). We eventually had to go outside to wait, because the smell was nauseating. Waiters walking by with sizzling fajita skillets, and all you could smell was cocoa butter. When we finally sat down, dinner was interrupted by a man and woman screaming at each other from opposite ends of the restaurant. Cunt, motherfucker, slut, asshole, whore, faggot, etc. I mean screaming at each other at the top of their lungs. That finally calmed down. Food comes, and we get about three bites in before two rather large lesbians get in to an argument. One of them, particularly irrational, throws her drink in the other helfers face. Gets up, throws her glass on the ground, and stomps off. On her way out the door, she flips over not one, but TWO tray jacks, loaded with dirty dishes. There must have been 30+ plates on each one, plus glasses. That was the biggest fucking shit show I've ever seen while eating out. As we paid the bill, I asked him how he was dealing with the culture shock of moving to fucking Compton.
