    Legal liability.

If you don't know for sure, then don't say. "Witnesses" can't be sued, but the news station sure can.

Terrible. That's the exact same place my bad wreck was at. The white SUV in the background in the second pic is about where my car was when it stopped rolling/cartwheeling.

Man, seeing pictures of the little guy really makes it hard. The dad has to be fighting tons of emotions.

First responders will be fighting tons of emotions. The father will be fucked for life.

The driver at fault would never see prison. Ever. I would, but he wouldn't.

              This.

This is so sad and scary.

Does anyone ever think about how many cues in those drivers or dads day led him to being there at that exact second...when tragedies happen that is all i can think about. A split second difference here and there throughout a day......

...and one idiot's decision that he was in such a hurry that he needed to run a red light.

So did they determine which car was at fault?

Man, I think about that a lot. 5 seconds could have made all the difference in the world when my daughter was killed, by either the Aunt driving, or the truck that hit them. The "what if's" never stop.

It'll be 19 years next month. Seems like forever, and seems like it just happened still.

How old would she have been now?
