Originally posted by boost addict View PostOK, this just took an interesting turn. I'd finally had enough and sent him a private message on the message board this transaction was arranged on (rctech.net).
I informed him that I hadn't seen the package nor a refund for the items and that I'd be contacting his employer and his apartment complex if I didn't have either item by this coming Monday at the end of the business day. I told him I felt scammed and wasn't going to take it lightly if I was indeed lied to.
He suddenly replies with:
"OK first don't threaten me. I'll ship the items out this coming Thursday when I get back"
So.....looks like the tracking number bit was fake. The items were never shipped.
OK dfwmustangs....where do we go from here?
I buy several thousand a month through PP and sometimes a distributor will screw up and then ignore me so I file and always 3 days latter I have the money back.Good judgment comes from bad decisions and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.
