Pack everything as good as you can, rent a truck and some moving blankets. Buy some brews/food and throw a moving party. If you only have one bedroom it shouldn't take more than a half day with a handful of helpers.

Talisman can help, he's pretty open those days, and will work for a snickers bar and tuna sammich.
