75K for Dfmustangers is not Choo...Choo. Thats basically starting pay for 95% of the members.

I used to work for their home office making sure the agents were licensed and everyone got paid at the right level and under the correct hierarchy, 75k is easily achievable with their bonus structure and whatnot, but not just starting out. It'll take you a year or two to get to that level, especially if you move up and get agents working for you. It wasn't uncommon to see a managing agent (MGA, RGA, SGA) get a bonus into 5 figures.
