CDL people have it rough. I hate this whole point system. I would rather pay the officer to give me a warning than go through the state any day.

One of my friends has a window manufacturing company, and one of his delivery drivers got stopped, they pulled the scales out, and he was 300lbs overloaded. It was a company truck, 12 Silverado 3500 dually, and this driver had a CDL. The probation is $4000."If I asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses." - Henry Ford

Don't screw with a man's means of income unless he absolutely gives you no other choice, especially when he's in his own vehicle.
I've only written 1 CDL ticket in 22+ years and that guy left me no option.
