Since I don't know of any lawyer that handles CDL's, I'll just say this. In 09 while in a big truck, I had gotten a speeding ticket in a construction zone going into Stephenville.

Since I didn't learn my fucking lesson, a month later I got popped on 360 in Arlington. Paid both of them in full a day or so after each ticket and neither one went on my record.

Had some friends that run a temp to hire for drivers and they ran my CDL about 3 months after the Arlington ticket and it came back clean.

Hopefully luck will be on your side too. Honestly though, where I'm employed now, one speeding ticket won't keep a driver from getting a job here.

There's an officer with no compassion.

Don't screw with a man's means of income unless he absolutely gives you no other choice, especially when he's in his own vehicle.

I've only written 1 CDL ticket in 22+ years and that guy left me no option.

Yea I asked him if I could get by with a warning. He told me no, because it was over 10 over. He said I was doing 73 in a 60.

Jim Loller takes them if they are Tarrant County. He can point you in the right direction if it's another county.

                              I'm using this guy. http://www.andrewjee.com/

He was able to get a family members ticket cut in half.

I was popped last month, while holding a CDL permit.
Talked to Jee personally for about 20 min, real easy guy to talk too.
