          Since these are private roads I'm still curious about how the police can enforce speed limits on the toll roads.

          Since they are private roads I wonder what the ramifications for using the lp hiders would be

            Don't worry everyone, the White House just opened up the possibility of making the interstates tollways. Once you have to pay to drive everywhere, you won't even notice any more.
