    anyone ever given their kids Prednisolone (for Croup)? did they have any reactions to it? hopefully my 9month wont have a reaction to it like he did to the amoxicillin...

    It's a steroid not an antibiotic. Read up on it.

      Also ask a pharmacist. Let the pharmacy know about any allergies and the computer will alert the pharmacist if there is a potential interaction

                our little one had it during that bad ice storm recently. She had the meds and had no reaction but it's also the only thing she has taken other than acetaminophen.
