How do you figure its impossible to get it under the backseat when the part of the backseat that your butt goes on comes out and lifts up in a taurus It would definitely leave the backseat sitting higher than normal but a back pack will go under the backseat.
Fwiw ftp (somebody's shadow account) I just went outside and tried to put my cousins backpack under his 2000 Taurus. No go. Maybe a cute hello kitty novelty backpack would fit?
Idk what this is about or proves, but we were bored and waiting for the rangers game to start. So hope this helps yalls endless ignorant bickering.

The saddest part about this is those officers could/should have reviewed THIER OWN VIDEO before writing the report.
Inconsistencies from memory is one thing, but this is sloppy and inexcusable.
They all told the same lie. I know this is going to be hard for you to understand, but these officers lied, on the stand under oath, because they didn't obey their own policies, procedures, or the law.
The location of the backpack throws more shadow on them. The likelihood of them knowing exactly where the weed was is extremely high, since they had a tip from an informant. I didn't see anything about the seat being unmodified, and with a bit of foam removal, its very easy to stash a backpack full of weed under it.
Either way, those cops conspired to lie and did it under oath. That's the problem here.

I'm almost certain Tru is just a troll. Surely he doesn't believe all the things he says.
If he was, he wouldn't get bent out of shape and start talking shit about peoples families, and go on to threaten them. If he is trolling you would think he would have figured out by now how bad he is at it, since usually a troll tries to get someone ELSE upset, rather than themselves.

You don't get that I condemn their actions.
Lying under oath is a death sentence for an officer. If untruthfulness is proven, he has no credibility, and is therefore useless as an officer and no court will take any case he/she makes from then on. Time for termination and any other penalties that apply.

Except, at least in more publicized cases, they rarely get punished. Most of the time they get a paid suspensionvacation or in this case put behind a desk temporarily.
