TW cable internet, anyone else having issues?

Since Thursday its been down but havent had a chance to call them. My download speed is fine but my upload speed is 0 (tested it using my iphone and an app).

I unplugged my router and connected the modem directly to my laptop and I get nothing. Tried reinstalling using the cd that came with the modem and that did nothing either. All the lights on the modem and router are indicating everything is normal.

Try unplugging the modem and plugging it back in after a few seconds.

You should call them, no problems here in garland.

I called them and after fooling with this thing all morning, Im sure its my wireless router taking a shit. It was a cheap ass netgear I bought 4 years so Im not too surprised its finally going out.

Can anyone recommend me one that is ideal for streaming and online gaming?
