Not all of them are. My dad owns his own woodworking/handyman business and has made a name for himself in the 10ish years he's been doing it. If he says he'll be there at 8a and making sawdust, he's there.

Didn't stop payment, the thing took him a good 7-8hrs just to pressure wash and prep plus about 4-5hrs to paint.
Got valve from amazon since local store wanted double. Ordered wrong one so reordered got it day later. Should be doing it currently or tommorow morning. He better anyway
