So let me get this straight...the guy is now suing EMS ISD and the young woman too over the mental and emotional damage caused by him engaging in consensual sex with her?
Facts
-During the sexual innuendo, the guy was a senior, so he's at least 17.
-After meeting at school and proceeding to flirt with one another, they exchange phone numbers
-Phone number exchange allows for sexting, of which this guy voluntarily sent nude pics of himself, but most likely dick pics
-She sent him pics, probably nude selfies, perhaps some up-close shots of the boobs and pussy that all guys like...maybe a finger or two in her puss...ah, but I'm straying off topic....
-He voluntarily meets up with her at some parking lot and also agrees to go to a motel and fuck her senseless..multiple times most likely...you know to get your money's worth for the room.
-He was taking some vocational courses as he intended to further study diesel mechanics and join the Marines. My guess is this guy isn't some metro-sexual 110lb when wet faggy looking dude. I'm also guessing this could probably physically handle this woman if she decided to go batshit crazy....ideally this would happen during sex because then it starts getting all sorts of wild and crazy at that point....oh i'm getting off topic again.
Anyway, to summarize...this lawsuit is stupid.
