I'm kinda eyeing a new IPO scheduled to be released on friday. ENBL.

Got stuck on a sinking ship! I had been playing ICPT since round 2 and done okay with it. Then Thursday we got a call and had to leave town Friday to attend a funeral over the weekend. Came back and checked my portfolio.....yep it tanked!!! Lost more than half of my total value. Thankfully it is only a game!

I bought 22 shares on friday when it was released. I'm up about 4.5% right now.
This was my first stock purchase. I'm excited to see how it goes.

I cant get my eyes off GWPH. Its at about a three month low right now. 50% of its high was only a few weeks ago. I cant help but wonder if that just a short time thing or will it jump back up?

Question. Is there a minimum profit number I should reach before selling? At what point is it profitable? I was thrown off by the $10 commission.

Hell, I dont know man, thats the whole animal I'd guess. Knowing when to sell and all.

I'm up $22.50 right this second.

-$10 buy fee
-$10 sell fee
$2.50 profit.

Oh wait, capital gains tax you say?
(39%)($2.50)= $.975

So I've made a little over $1.50
