Is the owner on here? Newer black 5.0 with handicap plates starting with "DV1". Lound as hell. Lowered on polished or chrome wheels. Sounds like it has gears.

I see it all this time on my morning commute of 635 around 7am in Mesquite. This morn, we both were entering GB raceway. I wanted to hear the exhaust, so I tried to see if we would get on it, by punching it from a stop sign. But he didn't care.

I know the exact car. Its a black 5.0 with the black 5.0 stock rims with silver etching. I remember it cause thats exactly what Adrian and I said when we saw it parked in a Handicap. She said, you shouldnt be able to own a 5.0 mustang and be handicaped too

Doctors are the ones who decide who should get placards / plates. The number of handicap parking spaces is mandated by laws / ordinances.

I don't disagree that there is definitely an abuse of handicap stickers, but the car shouldn't matter.
