promotion in an unstabble company

Anyone ever been offered a chance at more money within a company on the verge? I don't feel our brand will go away, only our corporation (maybe).

That would depend on the current market perception of the company. I wouldn't put my name in the hat for any position that could possibly tarnish my name in the industry if the company does tank.

I put in my notice a few weeks back and they offered a program manager slot to keep me on board. I'm starting to feel as if it's just a carrot.
