There is a breeder out here in Azle that just had a litter, not sure if they have any pups left or not. I'll ask my wife, she has been keeping up with that stuff since we have been thinking about getting another Dane.
To adopt a dane is incredibly hard, they just don't come up for adoption often. The only place that seems to have adoptable Danes with any frequency is down near Austin. Another reason you don't want to adopt a Dane is because as a breed you want to train them from when they are a puppy. They tend to suffer from separation anxiety, I adopted a 14 month old dane. They people that had him before me said he was as sweet as could be and did great inside during the day when no one was home. On the 3rd day we had him he was left alone for about 2 hours while we ran a few errands. Came back to a destroyed couch, and the door frame around the front door was all but gone. Now any dog can tear shit up and make a mess but that is amplified by their sheer size.
TLDR: Op get a puppy, train it, and you will be very happy.
We are considering selling our adult Dane sized kennel, if you are interested let me know and I'll talk to my wife.
