7-11 Scanned my DL yesterday !!!

So, I went in to 7-11 to buy adult beverages yesterday and the clerk scanned my DL ! WTF .... it made me a little uncomfortable, why do they scan it ?


The clerk scanned the barcode on the back bottom right ....

The 7-11 in lewisville across from super target are damn Nazis about scanning. But I always hold it tightly because dem fuckers want to just rip it out of your hand. they always say "oh we don't keep any information with this scanning" ..... but I don't be trusted that s*** (tin foil hat).
