Steel 5' x 4/5". Im trying to have the finish look a certain way. I dont want a smooth polish. I want it to look like it came off of a lathe.

Yeah. Iv seen some that are polished to a high shine and it doesnt look right. I could do it by hand but a power tool would take less time and be easier.
