I have Hagerty an have my car insured for $25,000 and it is $250.00/ yr

I still had to get the damn inspection, it won't let them enter a "green sheet" or what ever unless I pass inspection.

I failed inspection the first time because my dash indicators for turn signals and high beams don't work. So I had to get the "hook up" inspection and green sheet.

I should have clarified. The person we bought the car from never titled it in their name (which is why the registration was out). So it looked like we bought car several years ago, and never registered it. There are penalties assessed for that.

with his 78 Fairmont, with a approximate guaranteed value of $10k, with driving the vehicle approximately 3k miles a year. Again, just a price guesstimate, price is approximately $202/year.



Higher liability limits, PIP, uninsured motorist bi/pd, comp & collision with $0 deductibles, spare parts coverage as well as towing/roadside service.

If we customize the quote & start cutting some of the coverages down, of course I can get it to $100/year or less. For a price that low annually, who would want to lower coverage that much anyways...

Have to ask, my wife and I have 4 vehicles, however our trans am and camaro move once a month on nice days. I'm paying about $40 a vehicle could you change my rate at all or is your rate just for classics

Big warning about Haggerty's Insurance. They won't cover you unless you car is kept in a garage. Mine is under a carport, so no coverage for me.

That's correct there's no point in lying you have to pay the penalty before you go to court.

My personal favorite is when you ask them "have you been driving the vehicle?" and they tell you "no". You look out the window and its in the parking lot.

So, is there any kind of penalty if I have a car that has been sitting with registration since 05? I haven't put it on the road at all.
