I did it at the Smithsonian Natural History Museum. I figured they opened at 9 and walked right past the security guard and said hello. It was nice, I walked the entire place and used the can in about 45 minutes. Then walked over to the American History Museum and stood in line for it to open.Originally posted by talisman View Post
Note that federal buildings generally have very nice rest rooms and they open at 10 usually.
