My reasoning to put the ad on here is I know there are guys who deal in these type of vehicles. They , over the years, have been able to rat hole parts that can make a roller complete for a hell of a lot less that the average guy. Yep Sailor, you're correct is stating it could end up over 18K to put it back together, but someone else just might have the parts lying around to make it a good deal.

Good price on it, but I don't like that it has a solid axle on it now. Oh and there is a complete 28K engine/transmission combo on carpart for $7500 and a 77K mile one for $6750.

So yeah, $15K in a very low mileage cobra isn't that bad. Wish I had the money.

Solid axle is one of the best things you can do to an 03-04.
