This work? Didn't know you were deaf. My mother has gone through a lot of the same things you have, and ironically is also a fairly well established writer with several novels and over 60 short stories published, a lot of them with elements of deafness involved. Good luck with it.

LOL man, Amazon makes things tricky. The link works on some forums and then on others it doesnt. Thanks for the correct link Talisman. And yes, i'm profoundly deaf in both ears, but I have 90% hearing in one ear with a cochlear implant. Very cool about your mom, whats her name? i'll check her books out.

Yeah Preston is a trip, I work with him on Revolution (tv show on NBC) and he's a good guy. Always looking to get his image out there-- he's a PR guy after all. LOL
