A dude walked in the Allsups down here last summer, asked where to get a cheeseburger, picked up a 30-pack of Keystone light, pulled out a gun, shot some ceiling lights out, went outside, took potshots at a semi, and wandered around until the cops got there. He was definitely on meth, but he also had a seizure, and basically lost his mind in it. He was super dehydrated. I think he got real jail time for it, too.
