Need a fence built in McKinney

Yes he took pictures today in at a house that is occupied by my tenants. The job he was hired to do was completed a year ago this month. Nothing like calling them and having to explain this non sense and to let me know if they see creepers around the house.

I've had this discussion with several board members, I'll maintain who I am and if that means not doing any business, so be it. Instead of playing a role and coming out like a fucking psycho ex girlfriend.

Just to be clear since not everyone knows. The work was completed in February of 2013 and paperwork was received in April of 2013. I'm not certain what taking pictures over a year later does for this situation.

Also I paid another crew to come back through clean the debris from the dirt, level everything then seed.
