Every freckle a ginger has represents a soul they have taken to make up for their lack of one.

Chose sean for a few reasons.
    (1) Neighbour had to use Credit card.
    (2) Sean pulled all the permits, you told me i would have to go pull them.
    (3) Sean was awesome enough not to mention me by name, dick.

Not trying to get in the middle between 2 friends, but since my name was mentioned i thought i would clarify..

This was round two, as you did admit to having instigated it before. Not surprised now that you deny it, as you refused to enter the last thread to acknowledge your part when I called out the person saying what was being said. You talk about character? That was pretty telling.

No loss on a friendship with a guy that was the actual backstabber.

    Peace
I didn't do shit the first go around and held my cards pretty tight, again, you rubbed (rub, will rub, and keep rubbing) people the wrong way, see Mustang1200 for a posted example.

Do you think I didn't speak to him? You were lower, you revised your bid because you forget hangers and other essential hardware, you were still lower, but you required him to pull the permit. So while mine was more, it was turn key. He went to work, came home, the fence was removed and poles set. Day 2, he went to work, came home, job done. No requirements on his part other than paying. That is conceivably why your bid was higher, because it resulted in lost time and income.

As to the backstabbing, even after your questionable ethics, I offered you the opportunity for several roof jobs on a few GC projects I had potentially going (which I ended up walking away from).

As for your quotes on the other work? I had no desire to do any work for you after you took so long to pay me.

Thanks though. Nice of you to not communicate until well over a year later that you were unhappy.
You happen to be standing in 6" of mud with myself and the foundation guy when I stated "Where is my grass?" and my response of "Fuck that sucks". You responded with once it rains some it will level out and that I should just re seed it.

I paid you half up front (poor choice) to which you were unable to provide a receipt for at the time I handed you a check. I requested numerous times for receipts, foundation survey and warranty paperwork. Your delay in payment was due to you unable to get the paperwork from your sub.

If you had no interest in doing the quotes why did you string it along for over a month? Be a man and say I'm not interested.

Point being you are a lack luster GC, poor business man and don't appear to be a stand up guy. I avoided stating anything publicly about you because I know what word of mouth does to a business. However when you got so high and mighty in here, you and the others needed to be told the truth.
