Need a fence built in McKinney

Can anyone recommend somebody to build a fence in McKinney? The wind finally killed the shitty fence in my backyard and I don't have time to do it myself. Not looking for anything fancy, just want somebody to build a decent fence for a reasonable price.

How does sending a pm saying I do that work too constitute underbidding someone that has not yet even submitted a bid? Is this not a capitalistic society? Do I not have the right to attempt to gain work, just because his friends threw his name out there? Is this a situation in which, since his name was floated, only he is allowed to bid on it?
