I do it once a year - 6 days of 20 hour shifts (on my feet) - I'm pretty much sleep walking on day 5-6

When I did commercial electrical in Tucson we did a Job that has working 7 days a week 12hr days in 2 shifts.
And now with my current job when we go into service emergency it is 7 days week 8-645 and at one time we did that for like 5 months.

39.5 hours straight, was on a well, night crew can't get to location, so we stay out and work two more shifts and start another before relief could get to us. Took everything I had to get to the truck and passed out.

Worked 27hrs straight (my 12, next guy's 12, and another 3 til they could find a fill in), when home and slept for 3 hours, went back to work for another 12.

Ahh the (not so)good ol' days at Milk Transport in Stephenville. That parts house was an effin' joke when I started there. I reorganized the entire damn place during my time there.

Did you ever deliver milk? Oak Farms here locally closed up shop.
