She was put on insurance but it wasn't Medicaid, she was put on some guy named jason Allen's blue cross blue shield insurance.

Hospital put the wrong information. Politely tell the hospital they made a mistake and that they need fix the problem because your only other action will be to sue the hospital for negligence.
