I know. He has a different name, lives in a different city, and works at a different school.
I thought it was worth posting, but not really worth starting another thread. I also felt it was related, but not really related to the story you posted being a school teacher arrested..... sigh

Originally posted by Community ISDCommunity ISD was notified today by law enforcement of a situation involving a CHS teacher. Personnel issues are confidential matters and cannot be discussed. However, please know that CISD takes allegations of this nature very seriously. We have no reason to believe that any CISD staff member, other than the employee in question, or any CISD student is involved. The school district always cooperates with law enforcement agencies in outside investigations as well. Although unfortunate, please realize this is an isolated case that is being handled appropriately. CISD has policies/procedures in place that protect and ensure the safety of students. We will always be proactive in addressing personnel issues that arise. Thanks for your understanding and willingness to know the facts.
Community ISD Superintendent Cole McClendon issued this statement. “CISD is aware of allegations against an employee and takes the matter very seriously. However, we have no reason to believe other staff or students are affected by this private matter. Our safety of students is top priority. At this time, the incident is non-school related but could ultimately affect the educator's employment status with CISD. The employee has been placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of this case.”

Summary:
After meeting last night with the Principle this is what I now know.
Not a Plano ISD teacher he worked at Community ISD.
Teacher was removed from school by Collin county Sheriffs and taken into custody on a Warrant from Denton County. This happened early on Wednesday. No students were present at the time of arrest.
The charges don't appear to have anything to do with any student at CISD.
He was charged with INDECENCY W/CHILD SEXUAL CONTACT although the school and the News keeps saying something about (Child Abuse)
He is out on 15,000 bond. Which is 3 times the amount of the other dirt bag motioned in this thread.
Regardless of the outcome he will not be teaching again at CISD as they have already replaced him. I think they where looking for a reason to fire him. I know he was not a very good teacher.
