Anyone here have able to cut aluminum letters?

I cut one out with a jigsaw and some time with a file. Not sure if I'm going to paint the black part flat,gloss or wrinkle. It turned out alright but I still need to clean it up some

I agree. Fog the entire thing with wrinkle and then sand it off the letters. If you were a true baller you'd engine turn the letters.
