Trying to see if I can find someone that could cut me an upper case F at 1-1/4" tall and 1/8" thick in this font. I've sent out a few emails to a few companies but figured I'd try you guys also.

Sure can, but so can anyone with a computer driven router. Plastics companies are a good place to call, they all have the right equipment.

Industrial Thermoform is on the south side of Dallas. They have the equipment to produce but they may not want to do such a small job. They were very busy last time I sent a job over there.Comment

I cut one out with a jigsaw and some time with a file. Not sure if I'm going to paint the black part flat,gloss or wrinkle. It turned out alright but I still need to clean it up some
