          Translation by Frost:

I had a gentleman come in today with a 2012 F-150 that was rear ended. The body shop replaced the tailgate and bumper and did some touch up paint to a few areas to blend the repairs in. After picking it up this morning, said gentleman returned after lunch with an issue. He asked how it was possible that the body repairs resulted in blemishes to his chrome wheels.

After a lively exchange with our general manager, the individual was encouraged to vacate the premises and to have a pleasant afternoon.

You put the light in wrong?" or "Remember you fixed my brake light switch last year? Well this morning my window wont roll down. What did you do?"

                • A+ Frost...You will have no problem at a GTG conversating with me after a few cold ones(haha)...and I have no problem with the black culture, just scum that bitch about something totally fucking unrelated to repairs that I, or my co-workers have performed. I use to actually let douchebags finish their wizard-of-oz story as to how they could possibly believe we "made their a/c stop working after you put brake pads & rotors on the rear"...I stop them an eighth of the way and tell them politely to please speak with the GM and we'll go from there.

                      • So had this dude asking about replacing the cats on his wifes Montero. I ask what year it is so he calls her and is on speakerphone and I can hear the sounds of a person waking up. We get the info, he hangs up. He then tells me she runs a day care out of the house and when its nap time for the kids she takes a nap too. I mention she must have help. Nope, just her. Its all good though because she puts them all in a pen so if the kids wake up first they cant get out.

Isnt part of daycare to care for the children during the day? I don't have kids though so not sure how acceptable that is. I imagine a customer would be mad if I fixed their AC and then took a nap in their car. I dunno.

no, she shouldn't be leaving kids that are too young to get out of a gated area unattended.
