Was pretty cool this week, I helped a guy replaced a fuel injector on his jeep grand cherokee all pretty much over the phone after he built up confidence watching YouTube videos. He was extremely grateful and proud and then asked how hard it was to do brake pads lol

I make some of the how-to's that are on youtube. I love getting feedback from beginners that follow my videos successfully. Some of these guys have never touched an engine and pull off some fairly complicated jobs. It's a great feeling to actually be able to help someone to help themselves.

I fully admit it. I have video games going all the way back to the NES era, I still have my X-men trading cards, I have most of the extended universe star wars books, same for the Halo books, and lord of the rings, and Eragon.

Fellow walked up to the car lot door this past weekend wanting to trade his 2000 silverado for something from the 90's that didnt have "them dang computers"

Sadly, this dude was young enough Im not sure if there has been a carbureted truck in the US since he was born. Hell, even the "90's" truck he was wanting is EFI.
