I have, but it's never bothered me enough to say anything, much less shoot anyone. I will say, I don't go to theatres that often. If I do, I'm usually with the kids.

I know it bothers a lot of people. So much so, that Alamo Drafthouse has a strict policy and will boot your ass out (which is fucking stupid, considering the servers are more of a distraction than a phone). I just think people will bitch about anything because they think they have a right to be offended.

I've chewed a few people out, but it was back in the early 00's when cells were becoming mainstream and people had their heads up their asses about them. I agree with the servers thing, which is why I don't go to those type of theaters unless it's a group and I'm overrided. The food usually isn't great and is way over priced anyway.
